Since our founding in 1982, Samty Co., Ltd. has created rental apartments, hotels, and offices that serve as spaces where people spend a great deal of time throughout their lives.

Specifically, we plan, develop, rent, and manage the S-RESIDENCE rental apartment brand, the S-PERIA series of hotels, and the S-BUILDING series of offices. We are also developing a wide range of businesses both in Japan and overseas in anticipation of the transition to a further global society, such as the condominiums development business in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and an investment in a luxury housing development project in Sydney, Australia.

We also place importance on the Samty Group’s sustainability basic policies of Environmental Consideration, Coexistence with Local Communities, Being a Company That Values People, and Thoroughness of Corporate Morals, and follow them as we pursue these businesses. In doing so, we are working toward the achievement of a sustainable society through the provision of high-quality real estate and business activities that consider the demand and characteristics of each region as well as the environment.

The first step in global expansion
SAMTY opened an overseas branch for the first time after 37 years since its founding in 1982. That is SAMTY ASIA INVESTMENTS.

Utilizing the safe, secure, and comfortable housing development technology that the SAMTY Group has cultivated over many years, we will contribute to the further growth of the SAMTY Group by expanding it globally, mainly in the Asia-Oceania region. We have recently entered into a large-scale development in Vietnam as a joint venture with a major local company and will continue to grow in collaboration with companies in each country.
