Attracted by the growth potential of Vietnam, the SAMTY Group began investing in the country through funds in 2016. During later visits to Vietnam, we directly experienced the country’s vitality, and developed a keen sense of Vietnam’s diligent, earnest national character, excellent public security, and other favorable characteristics. We were convinced of the potential for further growth in Vietnam.
Securing overseas income was adopted as an important strategy in the SAMTY Toughening Plan, our new medium-term management plan established in September 2018. we established our office in Singapore, and while looking for ways to develop our business in Vietnam, we established SAMTY VIETNAM in November 2020 to partner with Vinhomes JSC. SAMTY VIETNAM will be involved in construction, sales, and fund management for the joint development of housing with Vinhomes JSC in Vietnam, and we will consider further development of our business in Vietnam going forward.
