On August 28, 2024, a kickoff event for the THE OPUS ONE project was held at Vinhomes Grand Park in Ho Chi Minh City, specifically targeting agency partners.
This project marks our group’s inaugural collaboration in Ho Chi Minh City with Vinhomes, Vietnam’s leading real estate developer. Following the remarkable success of THE SAKURA project at Vinhomes Smart City in Hanoi, Samty Asia Investments Pte Ltd. (SAI) have taken our first step into Ho Chi Minh City with THE OPUS ONE project, located in the final urban area of the Vinhomes Grand Park.
As stated by our Managing Director, Mr. Tetsuro Kawamoto, during the event, the strength of THE OPUS ONE projectlies not only in its luxurious design and premium amenities but also in its prime location, offering breathtaking views of the Golden Eagle Park and the 36-hectare Central Park with an addition to being adjacent to the Vincom Mega Mall which optimizes convenience for all residences.
The event was a success, attended by representatives from SAI and Vinhomes, and fueled by the enthusiasm of over 5,000 sales agents from more than 30 agencies.
It also marked the commencement of bookings for the first two buildings, OS1 and OS5. With the current shortage of new and fully compliant housing in Ho Chi Minh City, THE OPUS ONE project is expected to achieve strong sales, fulfilling the growing need for well-equipped living spaces in the city.
