In collaboration with Vinhomes, the largest property developer in Vietnam, Samty Asia is involved in 「THE SAKURA Project」 as part of「Vinhomes Smart City」 initiative in Hanoi. SAI will develop and sell condominiums in Hanoi in collaboration with Vinhomes, Vietnamese largest developer.

Vinhomes Smart City, which is being developed by Vinhomes in western Hanoi, has a site area of about 2,800,000㎡ and has a total of 58 buildings including not only houses but also schools, hospitals, supermarkets, shopping centers and office buildings. The total population is over 80,000.

Our project is named “THE SAKURA Project” and has a site area of about 20,000㎡, a total floor area of about 266,000㎡, 4 buildings and 3,620 units, and plans high-class specifications that enhance safety and a comfortable living environment.

We have introduced a fingerprint authentication system for the keys of each dwelling unit, and introduced Japanese brand housing equipment, a Japanese garden, and a concierge to differentiate ourselves from other regions.
